F.Otaxonov: Perspectives of development of international commercial arbitration in Uzbekistan
The article highlights the role and importance of international commercial arbitration as an alternative to the non-judicial form of settling commercial disputes. In this regard, Uzbekistan joined the Convention on the procedure for Resolving Investment Disputes between States and Foreign Persons in 1993 and in 1995 it joined the New York Convention.
